END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Player,” or “You”) and MATRIX GAMING (“Developer,” “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) governing your access to and use of our games, applications, software, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Game” or “Games”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any MATRIX GAMING Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install or use the Games.

1. License Grant

MATRIX GAMING grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Games on a device that you own or control.

This license is provided strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Under this license, you agree that you will not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Games

  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Games

  • Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Games

  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by MATRIX GAMING.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Games—including but not limited to game design, mechanics, source code, characters, environments, graphics, animations, audio, music, trademarks, logos, and branding—are the exclusive property of MATRIX GAMING or its licensors.

Your use of the Games does not grant you any ownership rights.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from the Games may result in legal action.

3. Restrictions

You agree to use the Games only in accordance with this EULA and applicable laws. You specifically agree that you will not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code

  • Use cheats, hacks, bots, mods, or unauthorized third-party software

  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage

  • Interfere with servers, networks, or game infrastructure

  • Distribute or make the Game available outside official platforms

  • Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission

Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your license without notice.

4. In-App Purchases

Certain Games may offer optional in-app purchases, including virtual currency, items, or upgrades. These purchases are processed through official distribution platforms.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law

  • Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Virtual items are non-transferable and cannot be sold or traded

  • We reserve the right to modify, remove, or reset virtual items at any time

  • You are responsible for managing account access, billing details, and parental controls

Refund requests are handled solely by the platform provider and not by MATRIX GAMING.

5. Online Services and Updates

Some Games may require an active internet connection and may include online features such as ads, analytics, or cloud-based functionality.

We may release updates, patches, or modifications that:

  • Improve performance

  • Fix bugs or errors

  • Add or remove features

  • Adjust gameplay balance

You agree that continued use of the Games after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes. We are not obligated to maintain or support any specific version of the Game.

6. User-Generated Content (If Applicable)

If a Game allows you to create, upload, or share content, you grant MATRIX GAMING a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content within the Game or for promotional purposes.

You agree that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit

  • Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

  • Your content does not include harmful, abusive, or illegal material

We reserve the right to remove or restrict any content at our discretion.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of the Games is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your data.

This includes information related to:

  • Device and technical data

  • Gameplay activity

  • Advertising and analytics data

By using our Games, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Games are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

MATRIX GAMING does not guarantee that:

  • The Games will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • Defects will be corrected

  • The Games will be compatible with all devices or systems

  • The Games will meet your expectations

You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with using the Games.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MATRIX GAMING shall not be liable for any:

  • Loss of data or saved progress

  • Loss of virtual items or in-game currency

  • Device damage or software issues

  • Service interruptions or technical failures

  • Third-party advertisements or services

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Games.

10. Termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Games at any time if:

  • You violate any provision of this EULA

  • You misuse or exploit the Game

  • We discontinue the Game or related services

Upon termination:

  • Your license is immediately revoked

  • You must uninstall and delete all copies of the Game

  • Any virtual items or progress may be lost without compensation

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
